What inspired me most to write this book was from reading some many other books about business and entrepreneurship. I have learned and implemented some many great policies and procedures in both my business and personal life. However, most policies and procedures stem from solving previous failures and mistakes. It seemed to me that most authors focus only on the accomplishments and successes but fail to reveal the extreme amount of hard work and multiple failures it usually takes to achieve them. I wanted other businessmen and entrepreneurs to know that with any new venture there are risks, but also to inspire them to know how much reward comes along with taking a chance on yourself!
